This course is available to support new clients using the software for the first time. It aligns with the on-boarding project plan in coordination with the Implementation Team, and steps through the topics in a specific sequence.

This lesson goes over logging in and user administration for the Operations App. We’ll cover everything from set up and maintenance in the Cloud Client and Cloud Portal. This lesson’s outline includes:
